Care Groups
What is a Care Group?
A CG typically comprises of 10 to 20 people, usually in the same age group, who will understand what each other is going through in life. Whether you are in your late teens, 70s, or beyond, we have a CG for you. The essence of CGs is CARE + DISCIPLE-MAKING. It is about people who choose to journey through life together and encourage one another in life and spiritual matters – To foster faithfulness & growth as we are called to grow in maturity in Christ, serve our community and reach out for Christ.
What do people do in CGs?
CGs meet for FELLOWSHIP, to STUDY GOD’S WORD, WORSHIP and PRAY… and food is frequently involved! Often they just HANG OUT TOGETHER – have a BBQ, fly kites, hike… Sometimes, CGs across different age groups get together to interact and bless one another with their different experiences. CGs also SERVE TOGETHER – be it CAPping at Teban Gardens, supporting events like Christmas@TG, organising an event like a children’s camp, or even going on a short mission trip together.
